The Philippines Famous "Biko"

Biko is the most famous here in Cebu City. When they heard of Biko they said straight away "Oh, that yummy one". Biko is the made up of sticky rice, coconut milk and sugar. Mostly Biko is served during 'All Souls Day'.

My grand mother is the one who cook Biko in our family and it really taste good if she is the one who cooked it. She uses different ingredients to improve the taste of the Biko. Since I was young our family is always cook this food at least 4 times a year. Sometimes my grand mother sale it to our neighbors, sort of business!
