Sizzling Sisig is one of the Philippines famous delicacies. This is mostly served in the restaurant, night club and resto bar. Sisig is best partner with drinks like bear. Sisig is one of my favorite even though i only taste it twice a month because its always sold out in the restaurant mostly.
