"BIKO"
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup sticky rice
1 ½ cup coconut milk
1/8 tbsp anis
2 cups of brown sugar
Procedure
For the Rice:
1) wash first the rice then cook it just like cooking ordinary rice.
For the Latik(sticky coconut milk):
1) Pour the coconut milk into a sauce pan.
2) Stir it until become sticky.
3) Pour the anis.
4) Then mixed the cooked rice into the Latik.
5) Ready to serve.
